RETURN & EXCHANGE

If you receive a product  that is damaged, has defects or is not within manufacturing standards, we will replace them as long as you follow the return and exchange policy and processes within fourteen days after receiving the products. Please note that we reserve the right to approve every return & exchange. If the products to be returned or exchanged do not comply with these provisions, we will mail them back to you. You will be responsible for the shipping costs through ATM transfer.

 

According to the Consumer Protection Act in Taiwan, consumers have the right to return goods purchased on the internet within 7 days of receipt, including holidays.
 Here at Evolete, we place 100% confidance in our products, and we offer a 14 day inspection period. Please note that inspection does not equate to trial and that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:

・Products with labels stating that packaging should remain intact cannot be returned or exchanged after being opened. 
・We do not accept returns or exchanges of discounted products, specials, and clearance products.
・Products that have been used and are not defective cannot be returned or exchanged.

・We do not accept returns or exchanges of products with incomplete packaging (returns and exchanges must include products, included accessories, packaging, and gifts).

Right to return goods within 14 days of receipt applies to both Taiwanese and International customers. 

 

-Exchange Process-

Send an exchange notification to our LINE account and include the order number (your order number will be in the order confirmation that is emailed to you).
Customer service personnel will reply with the exchange arrangements and method within 48 hours. If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, we unfortunately cannot replace it.

 

-Return Process-

Send a return notification to our LINE account and include the order number (your order number will be in the order confirmation that is emailed to you).
Customer service personnel will reply with the return arrangements and method within 48 hours.
After receiving the returned product and the invoice, we will confirm that it meets our return conditions and initiate the refund process.


-Refund Schedule-

After confirming the return, we will confirm the refund of your order on the 5th or 20th of each month. The refund will be sent to your account on the 20th of the same month or the 5th of the next month, respectively.

 

-Return & Exchange Shipping Costs-

If returns and exchanges are being conducted because the product was defective, damaged, not within specifications, or sent erroneously, you are not responsible for shipping costs. However, if you are returning or exchanging it for personal reasons (for example, you do not like the color of a product or the size does not fit), you must bear responsibility for the shipping costs.

Additional Information

※ If return/exchange item results in the order total not eligible for free shipping, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

※ Return/Exchange must be approved by the Evolete team in advance. If you mail back a package without first notifying us, we will deduct a 20% transaction fee for unwarranted return/exchange.

※ If approved, please mail the product back to us in a separate packaging. Do not mail the product back only in in the first clear zip packaging as unintentional wear and damage could occur during the shipping process.

※ Evolete reserves the right to inspect and approve orders for return/exchange.
